Today’s Minutia:

Psalms 118:24 KJV This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

How good do you feel right now? Are you excited about life because you know that God is in control of every aspect of your life? Are you approaching the day from the standpoint that something good is going to happen to you today? Or, Are you concerned about your family and the problems they are experiencing? Maybe, you are dreading a conversion you need to have with that friend who has upset you. Possible, you are losing a close friend because they have discovered a better opportunity for advance in their chosen profession.

Regardless, you will always have your high and low moments in life. It goes without saying that the Lord will be right there with you as you go through those highs and lows. This is the day that the Lord has made, you can rejoice and be glad in it. Learn how to enjoy life in spite of what comes your way. Face today with a “Job” outlook on life. Job trusted God to provide all his need in spite of what was happening.

Today’s Minutia:

Philippians 1:6 KJV Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Share your faith by living as an example for others to follow. I’m blessed to have so many friends who demonstrated their faith to me. I have learned much through their exemplary lives. Does that mean they were perfect in everything they do or did? Of course not. Every Christian friend that I have , with no exception, has had to struggle with a life issue. To see their faith in God and to observe the trust they had in God protection and presence has been very uplifting.

The Apostle Paul is a great study. It is awesome to see how Paul was able to depend on the leadership of the Holy Spirit. In every journey God place him on it reveals the confidence and trust that is needed in allowing God, through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to be the only way to find peace, joy, and contentment with God’s provision and presence. It’s what God can do through you that will define how blessed you really are.

Today’s Minutia:

Daniel 2:21 KJV And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

My how quick the seasons come and go. Spring just flew by and Summer is here. We can expect the temperatures to rise bringing a close to our primary growing season. However, God provides by giving His creation heat tolerant crops, bushes and plants that thrive in warmer weather. It shows all of us that there is a never-ending opportunity for continued growth in all seasons.

God gives each of us the ability to endure the change in seasons. It is wonderful how resilient we can be once we depend upon God’s provision. The Bible gives us examples of God working in the lives of those that trust in His endless provision to assist us in overcoming environmental obstacles.

Give thanks to the God who provides His Son as the One who sacrificed His life through the shedding of His blood at Calvary so we could have entry into God Heavenly realm.

Today’s Minutia:

Proverbs 10:12 KJV “Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all sins.”

Unfortunately, there is more hatred going around than love. Fortunately, there are a few really great people who can show love to others. However, I believe, the number of people who have a difficult time of showing love sure outnumber those who can and do. These statements are not profound. All of us get a chance to experience the lack of love in our world today. There are so many personal agenda’s that take precedent over the needed concern for showing love one for another. Jesus is our greatest example. His commandments to His disciples conveyed the message of love as paramount in importance. So, why is it so difficult to show love? I believe it is an issue involving a lack of personal commitment to make following Jesus a mission for life. Just think about it for a little while. Are you guilty of expressing a lack of love toward those around you? Maybe, it is time to learn more about the message of love from God’s Holy Word.

After you have had time to consider your expressions of love, are you willing and ready to make a concentrated effort to be better at living a life that patterns Jesus’ example. You surely know that a lack of love creates strife as the great teacher, Solomon, indicated. When you make the effort to show love, any indiscretion on your part can and probably will be forgiven. At least, I believe that is what you as a Christian should be about doing. You need to learn how to forgive others. Your example, is and will always be Jesus. As you study the Word of God it will reveal to you that forgiveness is available to those that confess their indiscretion and turn away for any presence of wrong doing.
